Large Management Developer in the Bronx
- We have been involved with a large Management Company/ Developer for over 20 years. This has fostered trust between the parties. When we started our company in 2008, we provided market advice and prices for natural gas supply to their many buildings. We negotiated a supply contract for their 3 million therms of gas. They had an electricity supplier that they were comfortable with at the time.
- The client then asked us to take a look at a $20,000 proposal that they were considering for an energy efficiency report on three of their new properties. We did the test as an accommodation to our client at no charge. The buildings were very well managed and we recommended a few changes to the boiler room lighting that resulted in a savings of serious dollars. Our survey showed that the expensive report proposed was not warranted.
- They then asked us to look over their shoulder and test their relationship with their electricity supplier. Within a month we were awarded an electric contract of 12 million kwh upon survey of suppliers at request of client. Our analysis exposed their previous supplier's high price and inflexible contract terms and conditions.
- We captured funding for improvements that they made to some of their properties as well as advising them on their oil supplier contracts.

- We successfully negotiated numerous individual natural gas (5 million therms) and electricity (15 million kwh) contracts.

- INFORMA provided advice on lock in time table on natural gas and electricity.
- We negotiated contracts for both fixed and variable pricing for both commodities.

- Presented report and analysis for LED lighting to the Board of Directors and worked with the owner of the management company to deliver and install LED light bulbs, which will reduce electric costs by 43%.
- Reviewed invoices from current electric supplier and exposed high cost.
- Negotiated electric contract at competitive all inclusive fixed pricing and vetted terms and conditions of contract.
Luxury Co-Op on East 72nd Street
- INFORMA was one of three vendors bidding on LED lighting and electricity supply. We surveyed the building and reviewed their energy bills. The end result was all in our favor when the Board voted to award the business to INFORMA energy.
- We provided and installed new LED lighting and some fixtures where needed. The building is reporting $1,500.00 per month in reduced electricity costs.
- We locked them into a two-year commodity deal and advised them to change their oil supplier who was charging them above market pricing.
